Bear Crush Saga is a puzzle game that challenges players to match three or more bears of the same appearance to eliminate them from the game board. The game features a range of levels with different levels of difficulty, keeping players engaged and challenged throughout the game. To aid in their progression, players can use power-ups and bonuses strategically to help them advance to higher levels.

Effective planning is crucial for ensuring usability. The key to achieving ease of navigation is through thoughtful design. Prior to implementation, we always conduct dry-runs to ensure everything runs smoothly. Our simplistic game UI was designed with the goal of enabling even children to navigate it with ease. As a result, every player who uses the UI feels comfortable with it.
When planning a game UI, it's crucial to prioritize a clean interface that enables players to focus on gameplay. After all, people download games to have fun, and a cluttered UI detracts from that experience. In developing our casual game, we aimed for minimalism, allowing players to fully concentrate on strategy and gameplay.
The success of casual games relies heavily on the creativity of their levels. For each level we developed, we began with planning on paper to ensure a balance of challenge and playability, with the option for players to strive for high scores. This research process took us approximately three weeks, during which we played the game on paper to fine-tune the level designs.

Color choices are a critical aspect of game design, as they should align with the overall theme. In developing our game, we opted for a slightly childlike theme, with light colors and cartoonish fonts, in order to appeal to younger audiences. Additionally, we aimed for simplicity, knowing that players appreciate ease of use.

In order to facilitate longer play sessions, we designed the gameplay using light colors throughout. To make the game more engaging, we incorporated simple yet attractive animations and sounds into each level, while ensuring that interactive elements such as balls and boxes were highlighted prominently.
